Two roles, every market.

Permanent lighting installer / technician

Full-time · Compensation discussed at interview

Install permanent roofline and landscape lighting on homes and businesses — the color-matched track along the eaves, the wiring behind it, the controller and the app — and leave every job looking like it was always part of the house.

What you'll do

Mount and align the lighting track along rooflines, soffits and trim, matched to the home's color
Run, connect and weather-seal the wiring; install the controller and set up the customer's app
Walk the customer through their new system before you leave
Keep the truck, the tools and the job site clean and safe every day

What we're looking for

Comfortable working on ladders and roofs, outdoors, in every season
Careful, detail-focused hands: clean lines and tidy wiring matter here
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Low-voltage, electrical, roofing, gutter or holiday-lighting experience is a plus, not a requirement — we train you on the system

Sales representative

Full-time · Compensation discussed at interview

Meet homeowners and business owners, show them permanent lighting on their own home with a free demo, design the system with them and close the sale. The crew installs what you sell.

What you'll do

Run free on-home quotes and demos: walk the roofline, listen, and design a system that fits the house and the budget
Follow up on inbound leads and build your own pipeline in your market
Present pricing and financing options clearly and honestly, close, and hand off to the install crew
Keep the CRM current so the customer's experience is seamless from quote to install

What we're looking for

Comfortable talking with people at their door and in their driveway
Self-driven, organized and honest
Available some evenings and weekends, when customers are home
In-home or outside sales experience is a plus; product training is provided
